Tracking In-Person and Digital Learning for Client Acquisition

  • Problem: Our customer was having difficulty identifying performance metrics for the in-person learning courses they were offering to potential clients. 
  • Process: Our customer was taking hand notes to track activities and statistics for each course.
  • Solution: AuVis worked with the customer to digitize the tracking of class data and provided an interface for the logging of relevant data. We were able to connect this data to advisor performance data to show transition from class attendee to client.
  • Results: Our customer now has direct insight into how each class is performing as well as which instructor, topic, and time are most successful at transitioning prospects to customers.
