How automated is the dashboard?

We strive to make every connection as automated as possible – removing the need for any manual data manipulation by you or your team. When available, we connect to your data via API, creating a persistent connection and stream of data. When this isn’t possible, we work with you to design a solution that lowers the amount of interaction as much as possible – through connecting directly to your spreadsheets, or setting up emailed reports from your systems.

Will I maintain full/rights ownership of my data?
Yes, you will always own 100% of your data!
Does AuvisMDS integrate with third party apps? What about custom systems?
It does, AuVisMDS has 150+ standard data source integrations available (including QuickBooks, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Xero, Shopify, Slack, and HubSpot), and unlimited custom API connections. We also offer a range of connection options in addition to APIs including SQL, FTP, cloud data services like Google/Drive/Box, and emailed reports.
Do we need to build a data warehouse ahead of time?
Nope, we can connect your data no matter how it’s stored!
We have a ton of data … can you handle it?
Bring it on! We’ll never restrict the amount of data you can connect to the system. If you need a data warehouse to manage large volumes of data, we can set that up for you.
Is all of my data safe, secure, and private?
Yes, we use AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 128 to keep all of your data safe, secure, and private.
What does a quarterly review entail?
It depends on your unique business objectives, but typically this will be an hourlong session in which our experienced strategists will help you assess progress across all business categories to understand and create actionable plans based on your data.

Do I have to sign a contract?
We require a 12-month contract after your initial build, and then a 3-month contract for each quarter moving forward.
What if I need to add more data connections or dashboards?
We offer hourly support packages (10 hours for $1250) to assist you with any additional needs that may arise in the future.
Will there ever be extra fees added to my bill?
There will never be any surprise fees! The only time an additional charge is added to your bill is if you decide to add a new or expanded dashboard/module or opt-in for a data warehousing setup. (See above note on hour packages)
Can I switch plans (upgrade or downgrade) at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at the end of the quarter.

Do I have to write a check or do you take credit cards?
Whichever is easiest for you, and we also offer auto-billing through Stripe.
